3.Performance characteristics
3.1Compared with type "9"transformers,the none-load current of this kind of transformers is reduced by 70% in average and no-load losses reduced by 30% in average

3.3The temperature rises of oil level and high-voltage winding and low-voltage winding are 20k~13k bwer than the temperature rise limit,so a certanin degree of overload capacity is available

4.Structural features
4.1 lron core:A three-phase three-column rolled structure is used inside and outside frame.The core limb has multilevel stepped circular cross section.After being rolled ,the iron core is processed by means of vacuum annealing to remove the stress.The clamps are buckled with groove shapeand the body is Pulled with the tensile tightly.The iron core surface is painted with special glue to keep its shape and free from rust.
4.2Winding and transformer body:
For low-voltage windings a four-layar or double-layer cylinder type consisting of one or two shunt wound conductors is adopted;For high-voltage windings, a multi-layer cylinder type is adopted, which can ensere an even impact distribution.
4.3 Oil tank: corrugated tank with a fully-sealed structure ensures oil leakage-free and maintenance-free.
